Drama Camp 2018 Registration Now Open

10 May 2018

Registration is now open to children and teens between the ages of 7 and 18 for this year's drama camp with Calgary Young People's Theatre. This is a fun program that will increase your child's confidence, introduce them to new friends, and develop acting skills that will help them with public speaking. Afternoons are primarily spent on creating and developing their own production to present on the Friday.

Camp dates are Monday, July 9, through Friday, July 13. As in previous years, it runs from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a half-hour break mid-day. Library staff will be onhand at least one-half hour before and after each day. If you have any questions or are uncertain as to whether your child will enjoy this program, please contact us at 403 533 3964.

On Friday, July 13, beginning at 3:00 p.m., participants present plays that they have created through the week. Everyone is welcome to this event.

Thanks to the continued financial support from Wheatland Family & Community Support Services, we are able to offer this fun week at incredibly low fee of $50 per particpant.
